I am dedicated to providing inclusive and compassionate mental health care tailored to the unique needs of people of color, minorities, and the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in addressing relational distress, managing anxiety and depression, navigating employment dissatisfaction/stressors, and supporting those dealing with everyday life. My practice is exclusive- maximum 8-10 active clients. This allows me to provide my best to you and have availability for those clients wishing to start or return to treatment. Understanding that mental health services vary between life's many seasons, I am committed to your continuity of care.
I like to practice an Integrative Therapy Approach. This means I thoroughly assess your reason for seeking treatment, your level of insight into your emotional world, background, and cultural factors in order for us to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific therapeutic needs and goals.
I strive for clients to feel seen, heard, and safe during their therapeutic hour. Our therapeutic relationship begins during the discovery call which is a way for you to share reason(s) for seeking treatment, pertinent mental health history, and share our availability to make sure I am able to meet your scheduling needs.
