My goal is simply to make sure you feel safe and truly heard while we explore what’s happening beneath the surface. I’m here for the teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed or stuck in patterns that no longer work. Whether you’re facing a major hurdle or just the heavy weight of daily life, therapy is your space to breathe, reset, and finally feel like yourself again.
I support clients navigating anxiety, burnout & depression, as well as LGBTQIA+ experiences, identity exploration & relationship conflict. My approach (IFS, Satir, Narrative) focuses on listening to your scared or pressured parts, shifting beliefs that no longer serve you, and building stronger bonds with yourself & others. Let’s find your way back to you.
