I'm a mental health therapist and transformational life coach with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through emotional and relational challenges. My doctoral research focused on mitigating parental alienation which equipped me with specialized insight into high-conflict family systems and the emotional toll of relational trauma. I've helped many clients navigate difficult emotions through a holistic and integrative approach by drawing from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
