I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, addiction, suicidal thoughts, and major life transitions. Many clients come to me after a crisis or when they feel stuck despite trying to manage on their own. Together, we identify what's driving the problem, develop practical strategies, and use evidence-based treatment to help you regain stability, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

My specialty is trauma, crisis intervention, suicide prevention, and substance use. I also treat anxiety, depression, and family stress. I use a strengths-based, evidence-based approach to help you build on what is working and create practical change. I draw from CBT, CPT, Strength at Home, and other proven methods.
