I work with a Humanistic existential approach to therapy. I can help soothe the uncertainty and anxiety caused by our own rigidity. Through time, I can assist in bridging the gap between our needs and wants in an emotionally fulfilling way.
I will never tell you that I understand what you are going through because truthfully I don't. As vastly unique we each are, so are our experiences, and how we process them. Having a client share their story helps me learn new and more creative ways to approach the field of mental health.
