Hello, I am certified to provide creative humanistic, person centered services to clients struggling with addiction, adjustment, stress management, depression and anxiety as well as to loved ones of impacted by addiction. Focusing on relapse prevention, stress management, problem solving, day to day stress, crisis, life transitions and co-occurring disorders with clients in hopes to find a new way of life and sobering. I am familiar with the 12 steps and MAT. I have also worked with adolescents struggling with anxiety and low self esteem. My goal is to provide each person with skills to grow and discovery their worth and potential.
I’m a Registered Board Certified Art Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor in PA, talking and using colors and images as a way help providing creative arts expression to those suffering with various behavioral and mental health conditions for nearly 10 years. I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Art Therapy from Marywood University.
I am dedicated to reducing the stigma of both mental health and substance abuse, providing a judgment free therapeutic alliance with each client to meet their individual goals. Inviting art as an optional tool with psychotherapy as a means of creative expression helps create a unique therapy environment.
I additionally offer ATR and LPC supervision.
