Asking for help and finding a therapist can be a vulnerable and intimidating process. So hi! Glad you've landed on my page. Staying afloat in your day to day life can be quite challenging in a world that is generally not gentle and affirming. Trying to manage stress and anxiety, heal from past experiences, and explore your identity on your own can feel overwhelming. It's my goal to provide a safe and affirming space where we can approach your experiences with curiosity and warmth, while facilitating growth and understanding of who you are and what is important to you in this life.
I often work with LGBTQIA+ folks, highly sensitive & other non-neurotypical adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelm, body image issues or who are adjusting through life transitions. I offer a therapeutic approach that works well if you are someone who feels and processes things deeply and are looking for a dedicated space to have ongoing support.
My practice primarily centers women, trans, non-binary and queer folks. I offer a few sliding scale spots for those who cannot afford the full fee. Feel free to reach out to find out more and to see if working together feels like a good fit.
