I’ll guide you through evidence-based techniques such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (MCBT), Play Therapy, and Parts Work inspired by Internal Family Systems, Carl Jung, and Attachment Theory.

My goal will be to lead you and your loved ones towards waking up feeling like your best selves.
