My ideal client is an adult navigating a difficult life transition or emotional challenge who is looking for support, perspective, and practical tools. Together, we work to reduce stress, build healthier coping skills, and help you move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.

I approach therapy with empathy, clinical perspective, practical tools, & an appropriate sense of humor, recognizing growth requires courage & perspective. Using CBT, ACT, & DBT, we identify patterns, build coping skills, & create meaningful change.
