Hello! I'm an LCSW who has experience working with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I specialize working with adult women healing from trauma and painful relationship experiences who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or exhausted from carrying everything alone. If you’re navigating hyper-independence, people-pleasing, codependency, difficulty setting boundaries, a harsh inner critic, or always being the “strong one,” you’re not alone. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, reconnect with yourself, and begin creating the safety and balance you’ve been craving.
I offer trauma-informed therapy primarily using EMDR, IFS, and somatic approaches to help process past experiences, understand and regulate emotions, and shift patterns that hold you back. Together, we’ll work towards healing, feeling more aligned with yourself, and experiencing life with greater presence and clarity.
