As one ages, one experiences the "Winds of Change". Some of us experience these changes in our lives one at a time, and others experience a world wind that may take our breath away. As a therapist that concentrates on Holistic remedies, I find that many of us are not able to handle all of the changes that may occur at one time, which may leave us feeling depressed and/or anxious. However, during this state of "change" is it actually depression and/or anxiety... or is it a result of what has or is occurring in our lives?
