Many people seek therapy because life challenges, changes, and transitions can be difficult to manage. Sometimes, stress, anxiety, anger, and illness can be overwhelming. In addition, the journey to get back on track can be hard to navigate. There is hope because I can help you enhance your coping skills to regain joy and fulfillment. Your wellness journey matters, and I look forward to partnering and supporting you through this process of growth and healing.
I have a special interest in helping adults, children, and families work through trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief/loss issues. I work to create a safe and at your own pace environment to ensure the opportunity for you to reach desired outcomes. I have 30+ years of experience working as a mental health/clinical provider for diverse populations.
My passion for helping others will include an eclectic approach. My treatment approach will be interactive, strengths-based, supportive, and educational to assist clients with identifying and understanding the cause of the issues and how to improve behaviors and symptoms. I invite you to contact me to work toward positive changes for a better life.
