Traumatic experiences are inherent aspects of being human. Each trauma has the potential to be healed and integrated in a safe environment with presence and love. When trauma goes unaddressed, symptoms may emerge as a way for our system to draw attention to those overwhelming experiences, allowing us to integrate and liberate ourselves from it.
My systemic-focused approach includes Gestalt Therapy, Family Constellation, EMDR, and Synergetic Play Therapy.Play Therapy models children tools for self-regulation to implement when feeling challenging emotions, as well as acquiring social skills that will help them interact with more empathy in the world. I do individual PT sessions and family sessions
