My international background helps me support clients navigating multiple cultures and identities. I'm deeply curious about human psychology, relationships, child development, and family dynamics. Trauma is part of being human, and each experience holds the potential for healing when met with safety, presence, and love. When left unprocessed, trauma often shows up through symptoms—signals from our system inviting us to tend to what’s unresolved and move toward integration and freedom.
I use a systemic approach that blends Gestalt Therapy, Family Constellation, EMDR, and Synergetic Play Therapy. In Play Therapy, children learn tools for self-regulation and empathy. I offer family sessions to support growth and connection.
