I specialize in supporting children (primarily ages 6+), teens, and young adults as they navigate issues including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, life transitions, trauma, self esteem, and LGBTQ+ identity exploration. My approach is deeply relational, and I prioritize creating a trusting connection and safe space where all clients feel seen and valued.
Play is a universal language - and a powerful tool for healing and growth. I utilize play therapy, including sand-tray and expressive arts, to make sessions engaging and meaningful for all ages. I also incorporate parts work, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) based on each person’s unique needs.
I believe the foundation of therapy is the relationship between a child and therapist. This connection allows us to work together to explore emotions, grow with confidence, and foster lifelong resilience.
