Milestones Consultants provides trauma-informed counseling for children, teens, adults, couples, and families throughout Delaware by telehealth, school-based services, and in-person in Seaford. We specialize in anxiety, trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, relationship concerns, and stress related to caregiving, school, and work. Our compassionate team helps clients who feel exhausted, stuck, or misunderstood develop healthier coping skills, improve relationships, regulate emotions, and reconnect with themselves using evidence-based approaches including CBT, EMDR-informed, and IFS-informed care.

My ideal clients are young girls, teens, and women who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many seek therapy because they feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to cope with the challenges they are facing. I provide a compassionate, safe, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Through a collaborative approach, I help clients identify their strengths, develop healthy coping strategies, build confidence, process difficult experiences, and manage traumas.
