I am a social worker and counselor with 10+ years of experience helping people from all walks of life. Our family-owned business offer clients a haven where they can have a unique relationship with their clinician and themselves! In addition to counseling, we offer comprehensive behavioral evaluation services for autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and other childhood challenges as well as school accommodation support.
Originally from New York City, I have experience as a therapist in private practice as well as within dual diagnosis substance abuse facilities. I use my certification as a personal trainer specializing in functional fitness to combine my experience to support my clients in their healing journeys, led by their individual goals.
I specialize in using Mindfulness Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Art Therapy, 12-step and SMART Recovery, and Motivational Interviewing. My passion is empowering people to reach their full potential and serenity using practical approaches.
