I am a trans & queer identified psychotherapist with clinical training influenced by person centered, relational, and family systems theory. I value the importance of providing my clients with unconditional positive regard, empathy, and congruence. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy and use an intersectional lens to ensure my clients are truly seen. I provide compassionate, authentic, and skilled therapy to support and empower my clients. I work from a framework acknowledges how clients’ intersecting identities impact their mental health, and needs within therapy, specifically when it comes to the impact of minority stress.
My background includes working with LGBTQIA+ people, as well as, adults and teens with a variety of needs such as anxiety, ADHD, and depression. I help trans, non-binary, and gender nonconforming individuals navigate their identity discovery, and any transition related care they may seek. I operate from a trans & queer affirming lens.
