About
I am an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I work with older children, teens, and adults of all ages. My therapy focus is to help individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma understand how to cope with these symptoms. My goal is to help individuals develop achievable goals, learn communication skills, anger management techniques, and coping skills to best handle negative symptoms. Together we can navigate these symptoms and move forward towards a better life for themselves and the lives of those they care about.
In addition to working with depression, anxiety, grief, and trauma I am also able to help with spiritual, LGBTQ+, and kink lifestyle issues. I previously worked for 6 years at a residential treatment center helping individuals with criminal and substance abuse backgrounds learn how return to society successfully.
