I offer telehealth sessions to couples and individuals (21+) located in Washington State.
My purpose is to allow my clients to feel heard, seen, and valued. I focus on genuine connection and empathy. I use my sense of humor and listening to provide a space for growth and healing.
My approach is holistic and includes EMDR, EFT, CBT, guided meditation, and journaling. I advocate for my clients to practice self-love, self-care, acceptance, and gratitude.
