As an immigrant and therapist, I understand what it’s like to feel “othered,” to carry stories, identities, and experiences that don’t always fit into traditional spaces. I work best with clients who feel out of place, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you can safely explore who you are, where you’ve been, and where you’re going, a space where all parts of you are seen, heard, and valued. I offer a compassionate and inclusive environment to explore identity, body image, family dynamics, trauma, and relationships.

I also work with women who wear strength as a badge of honor and need to shift into ease. I specialize in supporting clients considering/ recovering from bariatric surgery, healing from childhood trauma or neglect, eating disorders,
or body image concerns, and balancing the demands of college, career, and personal life.
My approach is holistic and collaborative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Somatic, CBT, ACT, Gestalt and trauma-informed care. I also incorporate culturally grounded and I also incorporate culturally grounded and creative practices like art and writing.
