Welcome to my practice. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, adjustment disorders, and relationship conflicts. It is often difficult to decide to come to therapy, but this decision could be a life transforming experience. I'm here to help. I firmly believe in providing a safe and supportive environment that cultivates trust, empathy, and genuine care. My approach is soothing, engaging, and informative.
My therapy style is eclectic in an effort to accommodate your needs. I work with individuals and families. I have extensive experience with CBT, psychodynamic therapy, solution focused, mindfulness practice, strength based perspective, behavioral coping skills, client centered therapy, and other treatment modalities. I'm also a member of the NASW.
