Hello! I’m a licensed clinical social worker and founder of Circle City Behavioral Health. I hope to offer a brave space for my clients to share their experiences and explore their own life journey. Every client is an expert of their own story and can be empowered through sharing it with others in judgment free spaces. I believe therapy is an opportunity to learn about our thinking patterns, our behaviors, and how our belief systems impact our self-esteem and sense of belonging. The therapeutic process can help us make sense of what happened in the past, the present, and how we can move toward our future.
I specialize in substance use disorders, borderline personality disorder, and trauma. I also have extensive experience in working with anxiety and depression. I have worked in recovery centers, primary care, and home-based settings. My goal is to assist my clients with honoring their own authenticity and living wholehearted lives.
