My approach is compassionate and collaborative. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, TIR, and mindfulness-based interventions to help you reconnect with your body, process your emotions safely, and build new coping tools that actually work in real life. I also incorporate wellness and movement-based strategies when appropriate.

I am the co- founder of The Mind Gym, Inc., a group practice dedicated to bridging mental health and wellness. At The Mind Gym, we believe that just like we train our bodies, we can train and strengthen our minds. Our work centers on helping clients build emotional resilience, develop insight, and reconnect with a life that feels meaningful and aligned.
