I specialize in working with eating disorders, whether your own or that of a loved one, as well as issues such as attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, shame, etc. I use a person-centered approach, focused on knowing you as the unique individual you are. I will help you gain greater acceptance of yourself, and create a life of meaning.
I operate from the perspective that we are all human, and therefore we are all imperfect - I celebrate this "humanness." Authenticity and compassion are my top values, and shape my therapeutic style - along with a healthy dose of humor.
