Navigating life’s ups and downs can be as much a challenge as it is a privilege. The support of a caring presence outside your circle of daily influence can help. I work with adults navigating the impact of complex trauma, difficult childhood experiences, toxic relationships, institutional betrayal, and systemic oppression. Together, we will address patterns such as perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout to help you build a life that feels more authentic and sustainable. My career path affords me nuanced understanding of higher education, law, healthcare, working/living abroad, and the impact of administrative investigations.

My style is relational - warm, friendly, authentic, and direct. I participate actively and offer a holistic, trauma-informed approach, incorporating client-centered, strengths-based, solution-focused, mindfulness, and other strategies depending on client needs. I believe most situations can benefit from well timed levity and nothing is ever all one thing.
