In my practice, I support adults and couples residing in Washington or California. I work with a number of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, intimacy and relationships, identity, traumas, life-transitions, conflict, divorce and separation. I also have experience with adoption and blended families. I am an LMFT in both Washington and California, offering in-person sessions in Vancouver, WA, and confidential telehealth in both states.

I work from an existential-humanistic framework. Our process will focus on your relationship with yourself and others, the deepening of your awareness, and the ability to be present in your life. Jointly, we will foster greater authenticity, freedom to choose and to act, and to take responsibility in living fully, and apply supportive strategies for coping.
