As a therapist, I hold a space full of humility, humor, and deep, genuine care as you explore your relationship with yourself and with those around you. Using a trauma-informed lens, I will walk beside you as you uncover insight, understanding, and resources that you have had all along. I have a passion for helping clients explore ways that we are impacted by oppressive systems and am LGBTQ+, nonmonogamy, and kink affirming. Above all, I will prioritize being authentic and fully present with you as our conversations unfold.
I specialize in working with couples and families, parents, trauma, addiction, gender identity, body image, and sex therapy. Pulling from a mix of theories, including Feminist Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, and systemic/relational approaches, we will work together to find the mix that best supports your personal growth and healing.
My path to becoming a therapist started out in the client's chair, so while I may not understand your experiences, I know very well what it is like to need a warm, caring, and at times challenging voice to figure out how to walk forward.
