Are you struggling? Many of us carry deep burdens and negative beliefs about ourselves passed down through society, culture, and families. These burdened parts of ourselves crop up and leave us feeling wounded. It's possible to go through our entire lives not understanding all the parts of ourselves, and subsequently find ourselves in ruptures and conflicts that leave us feeling powerless, stuck, and disconnected. Often, we find ourselves polarized in attempts to manage and overwhelmed by the oscillation between our parts, which leaves us feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from others.
In my practice, I specialize in supporting clients using Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) level 2 trained, which empowers you to understand all the parts of you, creating a balanced inner system and strong connection to Self. I also draw upon Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to process past trauma and build resilience.
I believe that true liberation requires acknowledging the material, societal, and cultural forces that shape our lives. I work with you to create a space where your experiences, culture, and identity are valued and centered.
