I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief, life transitions, and suicidal ideation, and I support couples, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients through an integrative, compassionate, and adaptable approach grounded in evidence-based care.
I take a collaborative, practical approach to help you understand what’s happening and explore new options. I believe change happens through awareness and small, sustainable shifts. I offer a nonjudgmental space focused on healing, providing perspective and tools you can adapt. Clients often describe me as genuine, steady, and easy to talk to.
My path to becoming a clinician grew from a lifelong pull to help others and years supporting veterans and individuals with diverse needs. These experiences shaped how I meet people where they are and focus on possibility.
