My therapeutic approach is first and foremost collaborative and relationship focused. I see our therapeutic relationship as a partnership, tailored to meet your unique needs, goals, and circumstances. I draw from psychodynamic, relational, emotion-focused, and mindfulness-based approaches.
As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I find fulfillment in working with LGBTQ+ individuals. My specialization also includes promoting body liberation and body positivity, guiding individuals through faith transitions and healing from religious trauma, and assisting with identity exploration.
