In addition to a wide variety of work and life experience, I have over 16 years of mental health counseling practice. Each person is different, so are their needs. I utilize the treatment methods best suited to the individual.
My clients and I have had success in using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative and psychodynamic therapy.
