You might be experiencing one of these: gnawing anxiety in your chest that just won’t leave you, dominates your thoughts, is changing how you live. Or the circling, dark thoughts of depression, where there is no pleasure in anything and everything is hopeless. I can support you during intensely difficult times like these, or to address something more subtle. Primarily, I offer clients what I hope they will gradually offer themselves: non-judgmental, friendly curiosity about what they are feeling, thinking, experiencing in the moment. Also, I offer EMDR therapy, other mindfulness-based interventions, and more.
