We all have times where we just feel a little (or a lot) overwhelmed, even though most of us pretend we don’t (myself included). Or times when we think, “Nothing I’m doing is working with my kid (or husband, wife, sister, bestie, aunt, grandma, well…you get the idea)!” We delude ourselves into thinking everyone else has it all figured out.
