My ideal client is highly intelligent, intellectually curious, and sincerely open to change. My clients often express appreciation for the depth of challenge I am able to present in our sessions. My works as a therapist is a deep calling and the challenging exploration of psychological and existential issues with clients often leads to profound emotionally corrective experiences with clients. Many clients, including lawyers, have "checked all the boxes" and have hit a wall of frustration and dissatisfaction. I have navigated those profound challenges and my life's work is to help others find their authentic paths.
Besides my education, training, and experience as both an attorney and psychotherapist, I have sought and benefitted from a range of practices, teachers, and profound change leading to peace and contentment. These experiences allow me to deeply connect and empathize with my clients.
My Reality Attunement Therapy for attorneys and non-attorneys incorporates Buddhist psychology and other modalities and is helpful to anyone interested in cultivating more grounded presence and inner peace. My rate for individual psychotherapy is $175 for a 50-minute session. Couples counseling is also available at a rate of $200 for a 50-minute session.

The lawyer therapy group is led by Mike Lubofsky, a licensed psychotherapist and attorney in California with over thirty years of experience. The bi-weekly group meets for eight sessions. The group meets virtually. You can learn more at www.therapyforlawyers.com.
