Let’s admit it, life is hard, and with these difficulties come suffering. Seeking counseling for this suffering is sometimes a very scary and difficult endeavor. I admire your bravery in seeking help, and pride myself on providing a non-judgmental, accepting, and comfortable space to explore and work on these struggles together.
I offer mindfulness and body-based holistic psychotherapy to adults and adolescents across a wide range of presenting concerns. I also assist clients with spiritual development, existential and spiritual crisis, as well as the wide array of psychological struggles that arise on the Spiritual Path.
My path to becoming a therapist started with my own struggles with anxiety and depression, which led me to a path of healing and self-discovery. While you and I may not have experienced the same things in life, I believe that through my own suffering and subsequent healing I can be a more empathetic and understanding therapist.
