Greetings folks! I truly enjoy making sincere connections as we navigate the complexities of modern life through online psychotherapy/counseling. We focus on: relationship dynamics, stress management and relaxation skills, communication skills, career and other life transitions, emotional regulation, managing negative thoughts/beliefs, work toward better work-life balance, make sense of and peace with childhood events, spark intimacy and romance, find meaning and purpose, explore hidden and shadow aspects of ourselves, health and spirituality, and we try to have some fun doing it!

Let's meet for a complimentary consultation; I reply to all queries. I provide both supportive and transformative styles of psychotherapy. I taught in the Graduate School of Counseling and Psychology at Naropa University for 5 years. I enjoy spending time in nature, rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, and traveling.

My work with clients consists of a blend of Gestalt, Voice Dialogue, Internal Family Systems, Attachment-Focused therapy, mindfulness-awareness, insight-driven and experiential therapy, relational/interpersonal therapy, emotional-intelligence, psychodynamic techniques, body-centered therapy, psychedelic, and a blend of other common modalities-CBT, etc.

Men's Supportive Therapy & Insight Group

We meet weekly on Thursday evenings from 7-8:45pm. In this group, men find camaraderie, new friends, a safe place to express emotions, support from others, and deep transformational challenges. The participants in this group are emotionally stable, relatively functional in life, do not have active severe addictions, and are seeking support with life challenges such as mid-life, marriage dissatisfaction, career dissatisfaction, family difficulties, life-transitions, divorce, infidelity, dating, process addictions/abuse (porn, gambling, womanizing), straight and gay issues, fitness and health, work-life balance, and more. These groups run for 12 weeks at a time (Spring, Summer, Fall).
