Men's Supportive Therapy & Insight Group
We meet weekly on Thursday evenings from 7-8:45pm. In this group, men find camaraderie, new friends, a safe place to express emotions, support from others, and deep transformational challenges. The participants in this group are emotionally stable, relatively functional in life, do not have active severe addictions, and are seeking support with life challenges such as mid-life, marriage dissatisfaction, career dissatisfaction, family difficulties, life-transitions, divorce, infidelity, dating, process addictions/abuse (porn, gambling, womanizing), straight and gay issues, fitness and health, work-life balance, and more. These groups run for 12 weeks at a time (Spring, Summer, Fall).

Women's Supportive Therapy & Insight Group
We create an emotionally supportive environment so that women can feel comfortable to share their successes and challenges with other women. The members of this group are relatively emotionally stable, relatively functional in life, and enjoy the company of other women. The participants bring life challenges including marriage/relationship issues, women's issues, career, life transitions, divorce, infidelity, betrayal trauma, family, life overwhelm, spirituality, menopause/pre-menopause, kids, fitness and health, identity shifts, and more. The group runs in seasons - spring, summer, fall.
