I am a counselor as well as a singer/songwriter/musician. I have experienced tremendous amounts of anxiety in my life, much around stage-fright and public speaking. Learning to move through anxiety and channel my body’s energy more healthily has been revolutionary in my life, and it is my life’s work to share in the healing.
I approach counseling with a philosophy of balance. I offer a completely non-judgmental space for you to express yourself completely and honestly. I also love solutions, goals, changes, and facing life head on. You are the expert on your life, your story, and where you want to go.
