Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from what matters most in their lives. They may feel trapped in cycles of self-doubt, stress, or patterns that no longer serve them. In our work, I focus on helping you clarify your values, face difficult thoughts and emotions without getting lost in them, and take steps toward meaningful change. I balance listening with active guidance, so therapy feels both supportive and purposeful. My goal is to help you move beyond simply coping and begin building a life that feels authentic, resilient, and aligned with who you want to be.
My expertise lies in treating eating disorders and body image concerns, supported by extensive training across inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient settings. I also bring 17 years of experience working with trauma, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and couples, offering a well-rounded approach to a wide range of challenges.
I offer a collaborative, compassionate space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My style is engaged and flexible. I’ll listen closely, but also provide perspective, encouragement, and gentle challenges when needed. I bring warmth, persistence, and humor into the room as we work toward the changes that matter most to you.

When struggles like eating concerns, anxiety, depression, or trauma take over, life can start to feel smaller and more disconnected. I help clients untangle painful thoughts and emotions so they no longer run the show. Using ACT, we focus on clarifying values and taking steps toward the life you want, even when the path feels uncertain or hard.

ACT is built on the idea that suffering often comes from struggling against our own thoughts and feelings. Instead of trying to erase them, I help clients change how they relate to them—building distance, perspective, and freedom to choose actions that reflect their values rather than fear or avoidance.
