I have 20+ years of experience and specialize in: adult psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, men's issues; counseling for adolescent males; family counseling and parenting skills. I help my clients to identify and tap their inner strengths. I will work with you to establish a safe, trusting relationship as the foundation for our work towards your personal goals.
