I work with clients throughout the course of the life span. I have skills for working with both youth and adults. I have been working in the helping professions since 2003. And a licensed provider from 2011. I personalized the treatment to each client and each need. I offer both long term and short term treatment options: EMDR, ACT, DBT, TF-CBT, CBT, Hypnotherapy, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Solution Focused Interviewing. My primary clinical focus includes: Anxiety, Stress, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Phobias, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also work on stressors connected to adjustment to change.
Dr. Mike Greenwell received his Doctor of Behavioral Health (DBH) at Arizona State University. During his time in the DBH program he focused on chronic health conditions and behavioral health concerns. Dr. Mike obtained has attained his Registered Play Therapist - Supervisor credentials.
Dr. Greenwell sees both youth and adults. Clinical focus includes: direct practice with both youth and adults who have or are experiencing anxiety and stress, adversity and trauma, brief solution focused strategies, using systems approaches to working with children and families, as well as interventions for chronic health concerns.
