I believe that every individual is capable of cultivating change through commitment, effort, and vulnerability. During the therapeutic process I empower clients to use their existing strengths. My specialty areas include the following: marital/couples, men's issues, adjustment disorders, ADHD, anxiety spectrum, substance abuse/addictions, pre-teen challenges, trauma, and grief/loss.
I began my career in 1998. I have worked with all ages in various settings/environments. I earned my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) in 2005. I have reveived training in CBT, TF-CBT, MI, SFBT, family dynamics, addiction, co-occurring, and more. Currently a member of the OCA, OAAC, CAMO, and OKMHCA.
I accept private pay, sliding fee scale, and several insurances. Flexible scheduling is available upon request. I use a billing specialist to handle insurance billing.
