My passion is helping people rebuild relationships, resolve stress related to anxiety and depression, and rediscover the best version of themselves with renewed confidence.
I utilize many techniques, each geared specifically for the unique needs of the individual. I use an eclectic approach, incorporating CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy), Mindfulness, Psychodynamic, and Rogerian techniques.
Having found the path to sobriety, my passion is helping people overcome struggles with addiction and other co-occurring disorders. Through my own personal journey of healing, I have become passionate about helping others find peace, serenity, and a more satisfying life.
