I am passionate about providing a safe space for people to heal from trauma they have experienced and treating trauma-related dissociation. I really enjoy working with couples to help them understand underlying emotional patterns that affect their relationship and helping them discover new ways of interacting with one another. I also believe people deserve to be their authentic selves and am passionate about being a safe support to the LGBTQIA+ community.
I have been providing therapy for over 10 years with individuals, couples, and families. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help people heal from past trauma. I utilize an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approach to help couples experience new ways of interacting with each other.
