Hi! Thank you for taking the time to view my page! Most of the clients I see on a daily basis are seeking guidance to help navigate issues that may seem confusing, complex and/or frightening. Oftentimes, facing pain elicits a fear-based response and as a result people tend to avoid facing painful issues in their lives. The best gift I can give to any client is the empowerment to face uncertain areas of their lives with courage and confidence. I use a wide variety of modalities to reach client goals. I specialize in working with clients that may need counseling for the following: abuse, adolescent emotional and/or behavioral issues, men's issues, trauma/PTSD, anger management, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, parenting issues, blended families, self-esteem problems. I am fully trained in EMDR through CompassionWorks.
