Relationships can get stuck in painful patterns. You may still love each other, but lately it feels like you’re having the same argument over and over, communication is exhausting, intimacy has changed, or you’re starting to feel more like roommates than partners. I work with couples who want to understand the pattern they’ve gotten caught in, feel heard again, and figure out how to move forward together.
My approach is calm, direct, and relational. I’ll give both of you space to feel heard, but I’ll also challenge patterns that keep pulling you into the same fight. I use EFT and Gottman tools, but therapy with me is not scripted. We’ll slow things down, get underneath the conflict, and work on communication, trust, intimacy, and feeling like a team again.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Couples often come in feeling frustrated, hurt, or unsure whether things can change.
