Parenting through these challenges can be exhausting and overwhelming, and it’s normal to feel unsure, stretched thin, or even like you've missed something. These struggles may be affecting your family's overall rhythm of daily life. Whether it’s your child or your own well-being that feels out of balance, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and a space to figure things out together.
I work with children, teens, and families using play-based, relational approaches to help clients feel safe, understood, and more confident in expressing themselves. I also provide individual and couples therapy for young adults, and for those who desire, faith can be gently included as a source of comfort and hope.
