After graduating from Columbia University, I completed my post-graduate training in CBT, DBT, and ACT at New York University. I worked in various settings, including Mount Sinai Medical Center Boston Children's Hospital and private settings. These intensive training experiences gave me a unique understanding of each client's complexity.
