I am a Licensed Social Worker with 2 years of experience as a therapist and 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in oppositional defiant disorder, parenting support, school-related issues, and trauma and PTSD. I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, and families using holistic and client-centered approaches to care.
I earned my Master’s of Social Work from Indiana University and bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to my work. I use techniques that include child therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and family systems.
