I am interested in systems and leadership of all kinds. Clients come to me for more focused leadership coaching, some more for general mental health wellness and for many a mix. In understanding which systems are operating in your life personally, professionally and communally I help you to enhance choice, curiosity and advocacy in your personal wellness, in your home, in your community and in your workplace. I believe it's important to have a collaborative relationship with my clients to find solutions to life challenges and explore the patterns that may no longer work and help set achievable goals for your wellness and success.
I believe that change can occur through learning more about yourself, examining your present circumstances, how past experiences and personal history have brought you to where you are now and by practicing how to best gain acceptance and use the strengths that you possess. I come from a place of curiosity, collaboration & compassion.
In addition to talk therapy I also utilize creative techniques in my practice including relaxation techniques, learning and strengthening skills for mindfulness practice, regulating emotions and communicating through challenging interpersonal relationships. I offer flexible office hours and am willing to work on a sliding scale.

The Daring Way(tm)
The Daring Way(tm) is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
